Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
For Tutors
Eligibility: This lucky draw is open to tutors of the Scholarly app who have successfully completed at least one lesson booking with a referred student between the period of November 13, 2024, and December 20, 2024.
Entry: To qualify for the lucky draw, tutors must complete a lesson booked through the Scholarly platform with a student referred via the Scholarly Referral Program. Each completed lesson with a unique referred student counts as one entry into the lucky draw.
Prize: Winners will receive a Popular voucher valued at SGD 300. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
Draw Date: The lucky draw will take place on December 21, 2024. Winners will be notified through our Instagram page @scholarlysg.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on our Instagram page @scholarlysg and contacted directly in-app to arrange prize collection. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.
General Conditions:
Scholarly reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
Scholarly may disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of the program’s guidelines.
Scholarly reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the lucky draw, tutors agree to these terms and conditions.
Privacy: By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by Scholarly for the purposes of this lucky draw in accordance with Scholarly's privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability: Scholarly shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this lucky draw, including any delay, technical malfunction, or unauthorized intervention.
For Students
Eligibility: This lucky draw is open to students of the Scholarly app who have successfully booked and completed at least one lesson with a tutor through the platform between November 13, 2024, and December 20, 2024.
Entry: To qualify for the lucky draw, students must complete a lesson booked via the Scholarly platform. Each completed lesson qualifies as one entry into the lucky draw.
