Scholarly Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Student/Parent Referrals:
Referral Process: Scholarly users can refer fellow students or parents to join our platform by sharing their unique referral code. The referred individual must enter this code during their sign-up process in the Scholarly app.
Rewards: For each successful referral, where the referred student or parent books a lesson and the tutor accepts (confirming the booking), both the referrer and the referred individual will receive a reward of $5 each. Rewards are processed via PayNow and credited 3-5 business days after lesson completion.
Eligibility:
The referrer must be an active Scholarly user.
The referred student or parent must be a new user who signs up using the referral code.
The referred individual must successfully book a lesson, and it must be confirmed by a tutor for the reward to apply.
The lesson must be successfully completed by both parties, i.e. neither party can cancel the lesson before the end date.
Limitations:
Rewards are capped at 3 successful referrals per tutor.
Referrals must be genuine: self-referrals, fraudulent signups, or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.
Referrers cannot refer individuals who are already registered on the platform.
The referral reward will only apply to the first confirmed lesson. Subsequent lessons booked by the referred individual do not qualify for additional rewards.
If a lesson is canceled by either party before completion, the referral will not be considered successful, and no reward will be granted.
Scholarly reserves the right to verify and audit referrals for compliance with our terms. We may withhold or revoke rewards if we find discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
Changes to the Program: Scholarly reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, referrals made prior to the change will be honored according to the terms active at the time of referral.
Fraud Prevention: Scholarly maintains the right to investigate any suspicious activity related to referrals. Any abuse of the referral program may result in disqualification from the program and revocation of any rewards earned.

Tutor Referrals:
Referral Process: Scholarly users are invited to refer prospective tutors to join our platform. To participate, the referrer must manually share their unique referral code with the prospective tutor. The referred tutor must enter this code during their sign-up process in the Scholarly app, which is the only platform available for signup.
Rewards: For each successful referral, where the referred tutor verifies their profile on Scholarly, both the referrer and the referred tutor will receive a reward of 10 SGD each. Rewards are credited directly to the mobile number registered to each user's account via PayNow within 3-5 business days of profile verification.
Eligibility: To qualify for the referral reward:
The referrer must be an existing user of Scholarly.
The referred tutor must be a new user, not previously registered on Scholarly.
The referred tutor must complete their tutor profile, then submit a verification request either inside the app or at https://www.scholarly.sg/verify-profile. The verification request must be approved by a Scholarly admin.
The referred tutor must use the referrer's unique referral code at the time of signup.
Limitations:
Each referrer is eligible for a maximum of five referral bonuses.
If the mobile number registered to a user's account is not linked to a valid PayNow account, Scholarly cannot be held responsible for any lost payouts.
Referrals must be conducted manually; use of automated tools, scripts, or other mechanisms to automate the referral process is prohibited.

This referral program is currently in beta and may be subject to bugs and adjustments without prior notice.
General: Scholarly's standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all aspects of the referral program. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these referral terms and conditions. Scholarly reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Scholarly regarding the referral program are final and binding.
