1. Your full name on the app matches your legal name.
2. Your legal name is the same as the one displayed in your documents.
3. You have submitted supporting documents for every qualification on your app profile.
4. The qualifications on your app profile match the certificates/transcripts in your submission.
5. If you have selected "I am an Ex-MOE teacher" when creating your profile, then you must also submit a proof of past employment with MOE.
6. Your profile picture in the app clearly shows your face.
